Caroline has been managing the second stage of Kingston Place for nearly two years and she has brought a very high level of expertise and service delivery to management of the complex.
When Caroline took over responsibility for our Executive Committee from the previous manager, she simplified our processes, established clear ground rules, provided expert advice and followed through on committee decisions in a timely and professional manner. She ensures that contractors and service providers carry out nominated work to a high standard; and she works closely with the building manager to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
She has helped us work through particularly tricky issues such as establishing procedures for resolving long-term building defects; for handling complaints and disputes between residents; and for handling building zoning regulations.
