The main features of the Portal include: a discussion thread for Committee Members which allows assigning of tasks for the Managing Agent to action; a notice board for Owners and Residents to view; educational videos that relate to Strata and living in a Body Corporate and contact details for specific areas that assist with the management of your Body Corporate. For example, Insurance department, Maintenance department.
You are able to pay your accounts via the Civium Portal and view any document that has been uploaded to the Portal also. The idea behind the Portal is to make communication fast, efficient, easy for all users from Committee Members, Owners, Residents and the Managing Agent while remaining completely transparent.

Civium Strata understands that sourcing and dealing with insurance companies can be stressful and that’s why we offer our Owners a dedicated in-house Insurance Manager who can do all of the leg work on your behalf. This includes sourcing quotes from reputable insurance firms for comparable premiums and cover, similar to an Insurance Broker. The information is then provided to the Executive Committee for further consideration/discussion and acceptance.
On-site Facilities Management
Civium Strata offer Owners in some complexes the convenience of having a Building and Facilities Manager on-site.
The Building Manager is responsible for looking after the day to day operation of your building, contract supervision, liaising with contractors and ensuring your building runs like a well-oiled machine.
The Facilities Manager assists the Building Manager, Contractor and your Strata Manager in coordinating large scale projects which include re-painting, driveway replacement, refurbishment of common areas and defect coordination with the Owners Corporation and Developer.

Ability to Deliver Savings
We take a proactive approach to the management including looking for ways we can save the Owners’ Corporation money. Because of our size we have a proven track record of delivering savings to our clients across a range of essential services such as electricity, water consumption, cleaning, lift and plant maintenance.
Forecast on Financials
We can provide forecasts on financial tracking including the proposed budget for up to a three year time period. This allows for a view into the future when it comes time to consider your levy contribution and what the future may hold.
